historic charm, panoramic breakfast room, vibrant area
Navigating the one-way streets is infuriating!!! The advertised 'city view' is misleading, with only dirty building roofs in sight. Lack of curtains disrupts privacy, and the promised amenities like a hair dryer were absent!!!

Staying here was a great decision while visiting Salvador, especially with attractions like the Church and Monastery of Saint Benedict just a short walk away. The unique charm of the hotel really caught my attention, offering a cozy breakfast that included some delicious Brazilian favorites. I found the quirkiness of the place really endearing, and the pool table added a fun touch to my evenings. However, I did wish that there was a wardrobe in my room to hang my clothes neatly.

Breakfast by the bustling plaza
I woke up each morning to a beautiful buffet filled with fresh fruits and savory delights. The hotel’s location by Praça da Sé allowed me to watch vibrant street performances right from my balcony, creating a magical atmosphere.
However, the air conditioning struggled to keep my room comfortable, taking longer than expected to cool down. The bathroom setup also had its quirks, with water pooling due to the shower partition leaking.

Like, the front desk staff was totally amazing! They were super friendly and helped us out even when we rolled in late at night. The vibe was so chill, and the breakfast spread was bomb. I loved munching on fresh fruit while soaking in the view. Seriously, the locals outside kept the energy alive!

truly disappointing, the air conditioning in room 14 was almost non-existent, taking forever to cool down. also, the mattress felt like it belonged in a horror movie with its lumpy saddle. and don't even get me started on the room's supposed city view—total lie! a welcome gift would have been nice after all this nonsense.

The room I stayed in was quite small.

Had a great time with friends at this spot! Everything was super convenient. we visited the beautiful Pelourinho and the stunning Church of Bonfim. Breakfast was fantastic, with delicious fruit and cakes. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our days more enjoyable. Highly recommend it for a fun stay!
However, the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night. We were cautious when exploring after dark, and it's worth mentioning to future guests.
